This is the promotional aspect of a university project looking at a special place for me, and that place for me is the moment I pull a trigger when sniping someone in airsoft.

The final outcome for this project can be seen at [link] which is the first website I ever designed, so forgive the crudity of it all. It works and a few people use it so until I learn web design properly it will have to suffice.

I wanted to do something related to the final outcome, so decided to create a snipers case containing all the imagery used, all the research and other promotional materials.

This image is of the case cover, it has been ghillied like any other piece of sniper equipment I own has been (the ghilling was also done by myself as was the customisation of the case to enable it to be ghilled.

It makes a very unusual book jacket design and most defiantly stands out from all the other books I own and have ever made. It’s a novel conceptual piece that I feel captured the subject matter well.

That's soooo awesome man. I toke a look at your page ... you know what ? Years ago when I started with airsoft, I visited your Homepage and read all your stuff about airsoft sniping..... jesus christ what an unbelievable hap !

Iuse to write a lot on the airsoft forums abotu snipning, but i kept repeating myself so i came up with the site.

its not been updated in some time, and i know another airsoft sniper sight has taken the tourch forward, but they kindally asked if they could use some of my articals, i think its [link]

The ghillie suit's are made from Hessian sand bags, I strip them strand by strand, but I have not found anything better to create the same effect (jute the base material for sand bags) doesn’t have quite the same texture, possibly because its not been through the processes that the jute that makes up the sand bags do. Grass or other types of foliage is added which helps blend the suit in to the natural soundings... and it works rather well, I have had a person use me as cover before mistaking me for a bush, I think that was the first time I have ever seen genuine fear, when I had to politely ask him not to shoot me from that range as it would hurt some what, I had not realised he had no idea that the bush was in fact a person. That was not the only time I have seen a grown man scream, but one of the first. LMFAO.

Actually that camouflage bag I was carrying is the one I use to hold that suit, and is featured on the website.

LOL, well if there is ever a deviant art fancy dress party I will bring it with me and you can try it on if you like, though its great for wildlife photography, just cover the camera up in a scrim net, cam up the camera case and crawl in to position for un disturbed wildlife photography.

small print for anybody reading this and does not quite know what airsoft is, its a more realistice form of paintball, the rifles pictured on my website are toys, you can go to different sites around the country and play this game, its fun and safe as long as you follow the rules, just like anything.

LOL, oh I have many stories lol, been skirmishing for approximately 11 years, I did think about adding my ghillie suite's to the fashion section, but I don’t think they would be too appreciated in there LOL.

Thankfully the guy (Dan) did not pull the trigger in panic, rather flung his arms in the air, I am unsure what happened to the rifle as I closed my eyes at the shriek, the muzzle of his rifle was touching my safety visor and at that range your going to feel it regardless of what your wearing lol, so thankfully luck was on my side that day, esp. as he was on my team.
